Last call! Sunday, January 11, 2026, is the final day to drop off Christmas trees for Capricious Goats!
Thank you to all who have already recycled trees - the goats are looking forward to their tasty snacks.
When you're ready to say goodbye to your tree this season, consider donating it to Capricious Goats instead of tossing it out with the trash!Goats LOVE to snack on trees - and pine, fir and spruce trees are packed with vitamins and minerals to support the goats' immune systems. These special treats will keep the goats happy, healthy, and entertained during the winter months. Next summer, the "chew crew" will be back to gnaw on the knotweed.Undecorated trees can be dropped off near the memorial at the entrance of Avalon Park and Pool, 708 New Brighton Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15202. Please - no lights, tinsel or ornaments!
